What payment methods do you accept?


We accept all major credit cards for all orders. For local orders, we accept online transfer via PayNow too, simply select "manual payment" during check out and send us a screenshot once you've done the transfer.




What is your privacy policy?


We ensure that your personal information entered in our website are safe and secure. Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you.




What is the currency shown in prices?


All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

By visiting our site, you agree that you will not copy, print, download or otherwise reproduce any part of our products and media by any means. You agree that neither With Autumn nor its owners shall be liable for any direct, consequential or incidental damages arising out of any aspect of your order, including but not limited to products, printing or delivery. We do not warrant against late deliveries due to shipping or custom delays. You agree to allow With Autumn to contact you on both email address and phone numbers provided. By joining our workshops and classes, you agree to be photographed and filmed. Photographs and videos may be used for With Autumn marketing purposes only and not be sold to any third party.





Shipping & Delivery

Exchange and returns.


We do not allow exchange or returns for orders already shipped. Feel free to ask any questions before making a purchase. For all bespoke orders, strictly no exchange or returns. If the item you received is damaged during delivery, please email us at hello@withautumn.com with clear photos and description within 3 days from date delivered. We will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as we can.




Do you ship outside Singapore?


Yes! We ship to most countries. Please write to us if you don't see your country listed during check out, we will check with our shipping partner and update you.




How long does shipping take?


Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be prepared. You will receive the tracking number once your order is picked up. For local orders, it will usually take 2-3 days to reach you. If you need a last minute gift, please contact us and we will try our best to help you! For international orders, it will usually take 7-10 days to reach you. If you need express delivery (2-3 days), please write to us and we will be happy to get a quote arrange that for you.




What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?


For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us and quote your order number. We will reply you as soon as we can and advise you on what to do next.




How much does shipping cost?


We provide flat rate shipping to 3 zones – within Singapore, asia-wide and rest of the world. Please refer to the shipping rates below. Within Singapore – Flat rate $6.00 (you may opt for self pick-up at our studio too) Asia – Flat rate $39.90 (Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Phillippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam) Rest of the world – Flat rate $59.90




I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?


No worries! Just send us an email with your order number and correct shipping address. We will update it right away.




Can you split my order between two different addresses?


We can only deliver to one address per order. To remedy that, you can create separate orders with different delivery addresses.




Will I be charged sales tax?


Our company currently does not charge any GST. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.




Are the natural dye materials allowed in my country?


Please check with your custom authorities if the natural dyes are allowed before placing an order. We will not be liable if the items are not allowed into your country.





Workshops

Workshop cancellation policy.


We do not accept cancellation of workshops once they are booked and confirmed. However, bookings are transferable to another party in the event that you are unable to attend the workshop. Such transfers must be requested 12 hours prior to the workshop for desired transfers to be eligible. In the rare event that WithAutumn is required to cancel a workshop, you will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer the booking to another WithAutumn workshop of equal value within 12 months of cancellation. However, we understand there could be times when something really really urgent crops up and you can't be here. Do get in touch with us and we can work something out on a case-by-case basis.




Do you host private workshops for parties and corporate events?


Yes! We love customising workshop for your special occasions, be it a hen's party, a birthday craft-along or a corporate workshop, we are happy to discuss and work out something especially for you. If you are a brand looking for customer engagement activities, loyalty reward gifts, product/brand centric marketing ideas, we love sharing ideas and working with you! We combine our experience in branding and advertising, and creating experiences through crafts we promise to create one-of-a-kind solutions for you and lasting impressions for your customers. Photography and usage.


With Autumn reserves the right to use any images taken at the workshops for social media and advertising. If you wish for images not to be shared, With Autumn requests the same to be expressed in writing prior to the workshop event.




What is the class size per workshop?


We like to keep our workshops intimate and cozy. Studio workshops – min. 2 to max. 6 Online workshops – min. 4 to max. 10 For customised corporate workshops, the minimum class size is 10 and the maximum is highly dependant on the venue capacity. If you are looking for a small group team bonding workshop (<10 pax), we can put work something out for you too, simple write to us!




How many people is required to start a workshop session?


The minimum number of people to start a class is 2. Should the minimum class size is not met, we will notify you in advance. You may have the option to get a full refund or reschedule to another WithAutumn workshop of equal value. If you would like a private one-to-one class, contact us and we can arrange something for especially for you!




I am residing outside Singapore, can I join your workshops?


You can join our online workshop, please check the date and time of scheduled class to ensure there is sufficient time (~10 days) for delivery to reach you before the class.




What language is used when conducting workshops?


We conduct our workshops in English. We are bilingual and speak Mandarin too. If you'd like a workshop conducted in Mandarin, please write to us and we will be delighted to work something out for you.





Products

Do you accept commissions?


It usually take 2-4 weeks depending on the design and technique. If you need something urgently, feel free to contact us and we will have a chat with you and try our best to work something out for you! Do note that the time needed may vary depending on the complexity of the order. We will always give our best estimate before you commit to the purchase.

Can you put together a special DIY Kit for me?


Yes! We love putting together bespoke DIY kits. Simply write to us with your requirements and budget, we will try our best to work something out. It will help if you can shortlist a couple of existing kits from our website so we can start from there.




Colours


We have made every effort to accurately display our product colours on our website. However, please note that colours vary a bit due to the monitor they are viewed on.
