In our tapestry weaving 101 workshop, you will learn the basics of weaving using curated natural fibres and yarn. We will cover basic weaving techniques, how to plan a tapestry design, warp your weaving loom, weave shapes and variations from basic techniques to create different looks and finally how to hem by hand and transfer your woven piece onto a dowel for hanging.
Of course tips, tricks and cheats will be shared during the workshop too!

On top of the materials and a finished woven piece, you get to unwind and pamper yourself for a few hours immersed in craft therapy. This class is ideal for total beginners with no experience, children above 6 years old are welcomed to join the class with a participating adult.
Please note this workshop is held in our studio. We have limited the class size to a maximum of 4 participants to ensure there is sufficient distance between participants. All participants will have to check in using the QR code, have temperature taken and must have their face masks on at all times in the studio.
