We are so excited to launch our first natural dye kit! Our aim is to make natural dyeing possible at home and help you take that first step into dyeing with plants and learn the beauty of botanical colours. This Dye-It-Yourself kit is a quick project suitable for both adults and kids. It is a great intro to natural dyeing without the fuss of needing a large space, multiple tools and processes.
With this kit you can create one of a kind pattern and make yourself or someone a beautiful silk scarf.
WHAT'S IN THE KIT?
YOU'LL NEED
Silk Charmeuse is what you typically think how silk should look like – shiny and smooth with a matte backing. It is also known as silk satin. It drapes beautifully and has a lustrous shine.
Habutai Silk is a soft, lightweight and sheer fabric that is commonly used for scarves. It is also known as pongee silk. It is a plain woven fabric and has a smooth surface.
