** Please note you'll need to know basic crochet to attend this workshop. If you are looking to learn how to crochet or haven't crocheted for a long time, please attend our Beginner Crochet Course before joining this workshop.

In this workshop, you will learn to crochet with multiple colour yarn to create motifs and sturdy fabric suitable for bags, pouches, rugs, home decor and any items you can dream of making. This is also the technique used for the famous oh-so-gorgeous wayuu and mochila bags.

We will be sharing:

• tips on yarn selection
• crochet hook pairing
• tension and how to hold multiple yarn at once
• different tapestry crochet techniques that produce different results
• how to read and tweak a tapestry crochet chart pattern

and of course get started to make your very own button closure card case and a reversible coaster / pot holder, alternatively if you are up for a challenge you may opt to make a large button closure clutch too.

• crochet hook
• stitch markers
• tapestry needle
• 2 colours of yarn
• printed pattern
• guide

After learning to crochet with two colours, you will have the confidence to try crocheting with more colours together. You will get started with your project and troubleshoot during the rest of our workshop time, then tasked to complete the rest of the crocheting at home at your own pace. If you need further consultation on your project, feel free to email us and we will be happy to guide you over zoom or facetime at a small fee.

We are also working on many new tapestry design pattern designs so keep your eyes peeled!

Workshop will commence with a minimum of 3 sign ups and capped at a maximum of 5 participants. If you'd like a private course, please email us and we can work something out for you.

Our workshops will only accommodate a maximum of 4 participants.
