Items unused and unopened in its original condition may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase. When With Autumn has received and assessed your item, we will send you an email notice of your store credit. We regret to inform you that there will be no refund if the item returned was manipulated, damaged or showed signs it was opened and repackaged because we cannot allow these products back into our inventory.

If you no longer have either, please include the following:
– your email address
– your phone number
– your shipping address
Please note that the customer must pay for all shipping costs associated with exchanging yarn, we cannot be responsible for lost and damaged mail if the package is not insured or trackable.
We do not accept returns and cancellation of workshops once they are booked. However, bookings are transferable to another party in the event that you are unable to attend the workshop. Such transfers can be done in private, the attendee of the workshop must then present the order confirmation email during the workshop to verify the transfer.
In the rare event that With Autumn is required to cancel a workshop, you will receive either a full refund or the opportunity to transfer the booking to another With Autumn workshop of equal value at a later date.
However, we understand there could be times when something really really urgent crops up and you can't be here. Do get in touch with us and we will see what we can do on a case-by-case basis.
