––––– Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes! We ship to most countries. Please add items to your cart > select "Get Shipping Quote (outside Singapore) when it comes to payment > complete your order. No payment is needed from you at this point.

We will receive your order, check and email you a few of shipping options to choose from. Once you've selected your preferred shipping option, we will then send you a link to make payment, and your order will be packed and on its way!

We are currently working out how to ship worldwide at a reasonably affordable rate so the checkout process will be more seamless. Please bear with us!

 

––––– How long does shipping take?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be prepared and packed. You will receive the tracking number once your order is picked up.

For domestic orders:
If you selected doorstep courier it will usually take 1-2 days to reach you after order is picked up.

If you selected Singpost normal mail it should take 2-5 working days to reach your letterbox. Please note there is no tracking number with this option.

Express service is available at a top up of $25 – we will skip the line and pack your orders first so they can be ready for pick up by our courier or yourself (select self pick-up) within 24 hours, simply email us if you need your order urgently.

If you need a last minute gift, please contact us and we will try our best to help you! 

For international orders:
We usually get quotes and send your orders via SingPost International Airmail with tracking number (6-10 working days pre-covid times) or FedEx International Economy (USA/EU only, 4-7 days) / FedEx Priority (rest of the world, 1-3 days) depending on the items you order.

––––– Will I be charged sales tax?
Our company currently does not charge any GST.

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot advise on custom fees / VAT as each country has different rules on what is assessed. We are also not responsible for delays due to customs.

––––– What if there are missing or wrong items when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us and quote your order number. We will reply you as soon as we can and advise you on what to do next.

––––– I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
No worries! Just send us an email with your order number and correct shipping address. We will update it right away.

––––– Can you split my order between two different addresses?
We can only deliver to one address per order. To remedy that, you can create separate orders with different delivery addresses.

––––– Are the natural dye materials allowed in my country?
Please check with your custom authorities if the natural dyes are allowed before placing an order. We will not be liable if the items are not allowed into your country.
