TAWA [pronounced as 'tah-wah'] is a lovely yarn, wonderful to the touch and perfect for your most special projects. The colors are rich and saturated, with slight variegation. It's a gorgeous treat! Pichinku's mission of providing meaningful work and beautiful, ethical yarns, is absolutely worth supporting. This blend of merino and mulberry silk is heavenly soft and smooth with an exquisite sheen. It has a luxurious hand making it a statement for making garments and scarves. All Pichinku yarns are lovingly made in small batches by the skilled hands of women artisans in Cusco, Peru. The yarn we receive are limited to stock on hand each season and help to support the native women who dye them.
